The brief

Trust, warmth and a local feel.

Handing over your door key or your dog's lead takes trust. The site needed to feel personal and local, and make booking easy for busy owners.

  • A new logo. An italic serif wordmark with a small paw print, supplied in colour, black and white, with and without the subtitle.
  • A painted Belper landscape. The page opens on a soft painting of the local countryside, with the logo floating over the sky.
  • Gentle, natural colours. Greens and creams that sit with the painting, and photos of the dogs and cats with a soft, warm finish.
  • WhatsApp and phone always one tap away.

Owners pick a service and a time from Mayah's live calendar. Each service has its own hours, and every booking comes in as a request that Mayah confirms or replies to.
